In the morning of April 17th, the opening ceremony of Guangzhou Port in Huaihua land port Inland Port and the launching ceremony of Huaihua-Nansha Port’s luggage export train were held in land port, Huaihua. This is a landmark moment for Huaihua, a mountain city, to go out to sea, marking the official landing of the ocean transportation business of Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. in the central inland area, and actively promoting Huaihua land port and coastal ports to gradually realize the service goal of “one port with the same price and efficiency”.

After the unveiling ceremony, at 11: 00 a.m., accompanied by a melodious train whistle, this year’s first Huitong luggage export special train was loaded with 75,000 bags, which started from land port in Huaihua and headed for Poland via Nansha Port. Huitong Manufacturing went abroad and brought “Spring Gifts” from China Huitong to European consumers. It is reported that Hunan Xiangtong Industry and Huaihua land port have cooperated deeply this year and plan to open more than 70 luggage trains.

In order to ensure the safe and smooth start of the export luggage-sea combined train, Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Railway Group Changsha Xiangtong International Railway Port Co., Ltd., Huaihua West Logistics Park, Huaihua Customs and Huaihua land port Development Co., Ltd. cooperated and provided relay service. Huaihua Customs set up a green channel for customs clearance in Huaihua land port, went deep into the production enterprises to guide the customs clearance procedures in advance, and communicated and coordinated with Nansha Customs to build a “one-port-through” customs clearance mode, and implemented a “7×24-hour” reservation customs clearance system to realize the immediate release of foreign trade import and export goods; Guangzhou Port will transport the sea containers to the railway Huaihua West Freight Yard in advance to facilitate the factory to pick up the containers nearby; Lugang Company cooperated with the West Railway Freight Yard to do the preliminary preparations such as container inbound weighing list, cargo packing photo data review, and pallet transportation plan declaration, etc. Before 18: 00 on April 16th, it made all the preparations for train shipment, and immediately organized loading when the last container entered the station. The workflow is interlocking, which improves the timeliness for enterprises at the front end of rail-sea combined transport and ensures that the contract delivery date of export goods is not delayed.
