About Factory
Our factory is located in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, manufacturing varies of bags, such as backpacks for any occasion, shopping bags, gym bag, trolley bags, pencil cases, lunch bags...etc. With 8~10 production lines, our production capacity could be 100,000~120,000pcs of backpacks each month.
In factory, we have our regular standards for both the test of the raw materials test and inspection of finished products.
Tests of raw materials: Usually be made according to customers’ requirements.
Inspection for finished production: The QC team of our company will supervise the quality during whole production. After finishing mass production, our QC team will have the 1st 100% inspection, based on the AQL Major 2.5 ,Minor 4.0. Customer can also arrange their own QC to come to our factory to make the 2nd inspection, or ask the 3rd party for the inspection.
